Resolution 2429 A Resolution Reestablishing the Americans with Disabilities Act Committee, and Repealing Resolutions 1585, 1769, 1928, 2204, and 2359

The ADA Committee has not met since September 2019.  Resolution 3086 is on the February 3, 2025 Regular Assembly meeting agenda to sunset the ADA Committee.  Any current ADA concerns go through the CBJ Manager's Office and legislation includes language that if the need arises a specific ADA task force or committee will form to address the issue.
